Trey serves as president of TriStar. The majority of his career has been representing producers in the marketplace, securing the highest price it would bear. He began in the producer services field of the natural gas business in 1991 as an Oil and Gas Sales Agent for Great Western Drilling Company, an independent producer out of Midland, Texas. From there he joined TriStar in 1995. Subsequently, he found himself back in the natural gas producer's chair with Elm Ridge Exploration. Looking out for and servicing the producer is not only his life's work but an enduring passion. Trey has a heart for clients and considers it a great privilege to be available in person.

Patti Shore
Account Manager
Patti has spent most of her 40-year professional career in the natural gas industry. She started as a gas volume accountant and later transitioned into natural gas sales. In these roles, Patti developed proficiencies necessary for success in the industry and is skilled in forecasting, selling, purchasing, scheduling, and balancing natural gas transactions. She has served producers and markets in the mid-continent and west coast regions and in Texas. Known for her strong work ethic, Patti uses her knowledge and experience to maintain relationships with customers and pipelines.
Ashley Hale
Senior Accountant
Ashley has been with TriStar for 15 years and worked her way up to Senior Accountant, which she has successfully managed for eight years. She pays royalties and taxes on behalf of our producer clients, oversees the whole accounting structure, and makes sure that payments are made in a timely manner. Her ability to keep up with the big picture while handling minutia along the way is crucial. Ashley's ability to balance deadlines with a calm demeanor and ready laugh makes the process smoother for everyone.
Linda Davis
Operations
Linda spent over 20 years in the educational world providing both classroom and individual instruction, writing and editing curriculum, and fulfilling administrative roles for small and large groups. Her experiences provided a myriad of opportunities to focus on organization and efficiency. A project that is too big, too confounding, or too difficult for Linda does not exist. She has a unique ability of untangling convoluted and confusing circumstances and transforming them into a concise and orderly array of clarity. She will primarily be working in the background to use those skills to TriStar's advantage.
Peyton Feltus
Price Risk Management
Peyton owns and operates Randolph Risk Management, out of Dallas, Texas which is an independent consultancy providing price risk management services to producers, processors, marketers, and end users of crude oil, natural gas, and products of both. Peyton has been remarkably successful at crafting a hedge for the producer against falling prices. Since 1991, Randolph Risk Management has been dedicated to helping its clients navigate the complexities of the crude oil and natural gas markets, ensuring they make informed decisions that reduce, if not eliminate, their budgetary exposure to the inherent volatility of those markets. TriStar is incredibly fortunate to have Peyton on the team.

TriStar's IT department is expertly run by Lumos Technology Services, out of Colleyville, Texas. Founded by Moses Varghese, Lumos is a full-fledged cybersecurity and managed services firm, providing IT solutions and management expertise for small to mid-market businesses.
